P & C

The P & C Association at Belmont Public School works very hard within the school community to do all it can to support public education and its ideals.

The Canteen and Uniform Shop are just two of the ventures undertaken as a service to our families, manned of course by volunteers. The canteen and uniform shop are provided for parents, by parents, to provide all of our busy families with access to vital school services.

Each year, parents from the P & C chaperone at the School Disco to provide a safe and caring environment in the pursuit of fun.

Our K-2 play area is now covered by a beautiful shade structure due to one parent volunteer who took on the job of preparing quotes, making submissions and applying for Federal Government money.

Fundraising is not all there is to our P & C, it is also a support base for any of our children and their families while they are at the school. Staff also know the P & C are ready and willing to support in all areas of school life.

Our P & C meets every third Tuesday of the month in the Staffroom at 5.30pm. We would encourage all parents to become involved in any way possible. Come to just one meeting...come to them all! Any support you can provide is invaluable for our children.
